I work as an uninvited guest on the unceded homelands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking (Esquimalt and Songhees) and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples.
As a person of mixed settler and Indigenous ancestry, and a person who experiences the white privilege that accompanies the colonial culture
I am part of, I am working to dismantle patriarchal, racist, and environmental cultural biases so that I can be in relation with others in a good way.
